    Hi HI KALAI,

Thanks for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A Forum. I understand that your Bluetooth connection keeps disconnecting automatically on Windows 11.

Please make sure you already tried the Q&A Assist steps. In addition, please try the following.

Before that, I’d like to narrow this down a bit:

1, Does the disconnection happen with all Bluetooth devices or only one specific device (for example, headset or mouse)?

2, Does the issue occur mostly after the PC wakes from sleep or when switching between battery and charging?

In the meantime, you can try these steps:

    1, Turn off Fast Startup

    • Open Control Panel
    • Select Power Options
    • Click Choose what the power buttons do
    • Click Change settings that are currently unavailable
    • Uncheck Turn on fast startup
    • Restart the PC

    2, Restart Bluetooth-related services

    • Press Windows key + R, type services.msc, and press Enter
    • Restart Bluetooth Support Service
    • Restart Bluetooth Audio Gateway Service (if available)

    3, Disable USB selective suspend

    • Open Control Panel
    • Select Power Options
    • Click Change plan settings next to the active plan
    • Click Change advanced power settings
    • Expand USB settings
    • Set USB selective suspend setting to Disabled

4, Check Windows Update for optional driver updates

    • Open Settings
    • Go to Windows Update
    • Select Advanced options
    • Open Optional updates
    • Install any available Bluetooth or chipset-related updates

5, Temporarily disable Bluetooth power saving from advanced adapter settings

    • Open Device Manager
    • Expand Network adapters
    • Open your wireless adapter Properties
    • Check the Advanced tab and disable any power-saving or sleep-related options if present

6, Test with a clean restart environment

    • Press Windows key + R, type msconfig, and press Enter
    • Select Selective startup and uncheck Load startup items
    • Restart the PC and test Bluetooth behavior

    Hi,

When did the issue start, and were there any changes made to your computer before it began?

What is the make and model of your device?

Please open the search bar, type MSINFO32, and press Enter. Once the System Information window opens, kindly share a screenshot of it.

Meanwhile, I would suggest you perform these steps and check.

    1. Run the Bluetooth Troubleshooter

Select the Start Menu > Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Additional troubleshooters, and then from the list select Bluetooth > Run the troubleshooter.

    2. Rollback, Update and Reinstall the Bluetooth driver.

Press the Windows key + X, and choose Device Manager.

    Expand the Bluetooth section

Right-click on your Bluetooth adapter, then select 'properties'

Click the driver tab then hit 'Roll back driver'.

If it's greyed out, Go back to the Bluetooth adapter

Right-click on it then choose Update driver

Choose "Browse my computer for driver software"

Click "Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer."

Select an older driver from the list and click 'Next.'

    Follow the onscreen instructions.

If the issue persists, right-click the bluetooth driver.

Select uninstall device and then restart your computer.

If your Bluetooth devices are disconnecting automatically, there are several potential solutions you can try:

    1. Check Bluetooth Settings: Ensure that Bluetooth is enabled on your device. Go to Settings > Bluetooth & devices and make sure Bluetooth is turned on.
    2. Update Bluetooth Drivers: Outdated or corrupted drivers can cause connectivity issues. Check for updates in Device Manager under the Bluetooth section and update the drivers if necessary.
    3. Remove and Re-pair Devices: Sometimes, removing the Bluetooth device and re-pairing it can resolve connectivity issues. Go to Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices, select the device, and click "Remove device." Then, try to pair it again.
    4. Check for Interference: Ensure that there are no other devices causing interference. This can include Wi-Fi networks or other Bluetooth devices. If possible, try to connect your Bluetooth device in a different environment.
    5. Power Management Settings: Windows may turn off Bluetooth devices to save power. To prevent this, go to Device Manager, find your Bluetooth device, right-click it, select Properties, go to the Power Management tab, and uncheck "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power."
    6. Bluetooth Radio Reset: If the issue persists, you may need to reset the Bluetooth radio. This can sometimes resolve deeper connectivity issues. You can refer to the Bluetooth radio reset and recovery mechanisms available on Windows 10 and later versions for more details.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, consider checking for any specific troubleshooting guides related to your Bluetooth device or contacting support for further assistance.
