Legal Name needs to update in the last name
First Name: Adeppa

Last Name: Lingaraddeppa

but in the Govt provided ID last name is not present.

I want to change(Remove) the last name in the legal name

I think that… if ur gov‑ID only shows “Adeppa”, just set the legal-name to that exact string. the form won’t take blank lastname, so just echo “Adeppa” in both slots… keeps the id-match clean later.

In the "https://learn.microsoft.com/certifications" they suggested to mention "", if there is no last name. I have updated with "", but its suggesting, however you are suggesting set the first in the last name section.

Also When i update , its not taking redirecting to support url, please suggest

Thank u for letting me know detail. i think that… the official guide is right ofc, but the acct backend won’t save a true blank last‑name, so it pushes u to support. just tell them u need a single‑name profile and they can flip the flag on their side.
