I am currently trying to get valorant points for the night market but it keeps saying im on the go even though im at home i tried searching ways to fix it but still is marked on the go pls help

When you select “Switch back to my country,” the catalog will update to show only the rewards that are available in that specific region. For example, I personally experienced this before when trying to redeem a League of Legends gift card. I was unable to claim it because I was not eligible due to regional restrictions.

If you believe a reward should be available (for example, friends in the same country can redeem it), please note that this message can appear if:

You are traveling to another country
You are using a VPN or proxy
Your Microsoft account region was changed
Your IP address does not match your account region

When this happens, you will see: “On the go? You're previewing a catalog outside your original country.”

This means you can view the rewards, but you cannot redeem them until your account and location match. In this case, please:

If you have VPN or proxy, make sure to turn it off.
Sign out and sign back in on your account.

i understand however i do not have a vpn and tried on my phone via mobile data both still dont remove the on the go i had opened it on the app, on chrome and on the edge. also even if i select the Switch back to my country it, it still stays the same the region is correct but on the go is still on the dashboard
