It sounds like you're experiencing an issue with your Roblox Robux not appearing after redemption. Here are a few steps you can take:

    1. Wait a Bit Longer: Sometimes, it may take longer than expected for the Robux to appear in your account. Consider waiting a little longer to see if they show up.
    2. Check Account Details: Ensure that your Microsoft and Roblox accounts are linked correctly and that they are set to the same region.
    3. Clear Cache: If you're accessing Roblox through a browser, try clearing your browser's cache or using a different browser/device.
    4. Contact Support: If the issue persists, you may need to contact Roblox Support for assistance, as they can help verify the transaction and troubleshoot further.

If you have already tried these steps and the issue remains unresolved, it may be necessary to escalate the matter with Microsoft Rewards or Roblox Support.
