I understand you can't edit your profile because you need to remove consent for child account in your family group, but you are the only one in the family.
You can try performing an age verification on your own account
- Go to: https://account.microsoft.com/profile
- Go to Birthdate > Edit
- If blocked, follow the prompts for Proof of Age (government ID or credit card check).
This will reset the stuck consent issue you are facing.
