When i am trying to edit my profile, i am getting this message,
You are managing one or more child accounts. Before you change your profile information, you need to remove consent for those child accounts.
when i follow and check the links, either the consent or the family, i don't find any member connected to my account, but the message is still there, i tried to remove myself from the family and to add new member and remove its consents and remove it from the family but none worked.
I contacted support live agent and was told to post here to get help!

Thank you for posting on Microsoft Q&A forum

I understand you can't edit your profile because you need to remove consent for child account in your family group, but you are the only one in the family.

You can try performing an age verification on your own account

Go to: https://account.microsoft.com/profile
Go to Birthdate > Edit
If blocked, follow the prompts for Proof of Age (government ID or credit card check).

This will reset the stuck consent issue you are facing.

Hi dear, for birthday change it worked, however for region it did not, still the same message with no members in the family

You successful in changing the birthday but fail to change the region, because the account is still flagged as responsible for a minor,

Do you still have access any account you have ever use, such as:

Any old Outlook/Hotmail accounts

Any aliases you previously added and removed

Any account you used years ago to help create someone else’s account

Parent’s/sibling’s accounts you might have used long ago

School or regional accounts if applicable

Sign in to each one at: https://account.live.com/unmanagekid.aspxand see if any show a child to remove.

Thank you for your response. I have checked all the email accounts I can remember, and none of them show any associated family members or child accounts. It’s possible that I may be forgetting an old email, but I’m not certain.

At the moment, I am still unable to change the region, as I continue to receive the same error message.

Since we have run out of troubleshooting method to try but the issue still persists.

Because this is just a Community Forum and we do not have access to your account to further assist you with the Microsoft family group issue.

Open a website link - Contact - Microsoft Support

In the box below "We're here to help", type Microsoft 365, click "Get Help", and then click "Contact Support" below.

In this section, you will need to sign in to your Microsoft account.

Select "Microsoft 365 and Office" under Products & Services, select "Technical Support" as the category, and click to confirm

You can select " Chat with a support agent in your web browser " to access the chat window.
