How do I get subscriptions I purchased and were charged to show up on the subscription list

I went online to buy MicroSoft 365, for $9.99 per month, and I put in my credit card, and hit buy, and it charged my credit card. But I couldn't get Microsoft 365 license to work. So I purchased it again, this time for $99 per year, and the license still didn't work, though the $99 was charged to my credit card. Finally, the screen offered me $69 for a year subscription, and I accepted. That was also charged to my credit card, and fortunately this time I could get Microsoft to authorize on my computer, and I can use it. But I don't think I should have to pay three times for one subscription. But I can't get a refund for the unused ones because they don't show up on the subscription list. You have to cancel a subscription before you can request a refund, and I can't cancel it, though I was charged. The account history on Microsoft shows I was charged three times, but only one subscription shows up.

Log into your Microsoft account on this link, then check the expiry date listed on your Microsoft 365 subscription, is it indicated as more than 12 months remaining on your subscription?

On your account online, go to the Payments and Billing section, do you see the 3 separate subscription payments listed there?

Yes, the expiry date is 03/08/2028. That is more than a year from now. For your second question, as I explained in my original description, yes, three separate subscription payments are listed in the Payments and Billing section. But only one subscription shows up. That is the problem. I can't cancel a subscription that doesn't show up. Why don't two of them show up in the subscription list despite having them listed in the Payments and Billing section, and also on my credit card. I do see on subscription, which is all I want, but I don't want to pay for three, as I am now.

Thank you for that information.

The expiry date on your Microsoft 365 subscription indicates that all 3 subscription payments were successful and that has pre-loaded your Microsoft 365 subscription for 2+ years.

If you want to refund two of the subscriptions.

If you purchased the subscriptions direct from Microsoft, you will need to contact MIcrosoft Support directly,

Try using this method to contact their support.

Go to this link: https://support.microsoft.com/contactus

Select Microsoft 365

Click 'Get Home Support'.

In the box provided, type billing.

Press Enter, then on the next page, scroll down and click 'Sign in to Contact Support'.

Navigate to Microsoft 365 and Office - Manage my Subscription.

Select the 'Chat with support agent in web browser' option

If you purchased the subscriptions using Apple Pay, then you will need to get the refund from Apple Pay using this link.

Thank you for the clear instructions, but the fail after the 'Sign in to Contact Support". When I click on that button, a smaller window pops up, asking for my username. I enter my email address that I normally use, then hit next and enter my password, and that small window disappears, probably because I'm already logged in on a different window of that browser. You recommend "Navigate to Microsoft 365 and Office - management my subscription". I do, then I click on the Microsoft 365 button, and it sends me back to the initial help screen. Nothing called chat there. I have VPN disabled, using Chrome, fully up to date.
