Stupid Microsoft

Five months ago, my account was hacked. I contacted Microsoft support, and the best thing they could think of to do was ban my account. Obviously, that's logical, right? When you get hacked, you get banned. So, for five months now, I've been fighting this battle, and I haven't had a single conversation with a human being. I've never seen such a poorly designed service in my entire life. They preach about security, but they don't care about their customers at all. They didn't want to bother, so they preferred to block my account, which obviously cost me money.

I'm sorry that happened to you, but if the hacker changed the password and other information, banning the account is often the only option if you are unable to get the account back.

Unfortunately, because more than 30 days passed, the account cannot be recovered or the ban removed. Sorry.
