Hello, if OneDrive shows 100 GB, your subscription is active, but Outlook may not have synced yet. Sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/servicesand confirm Microsoft 365 Basic shows Active, then sign out of Outlook on the web and sign back in. Storage updates can take time to reflect across services after renewal. If your mailbox still shows 5 GB after a few hours, contact Microsoft Support from your account page so they can check your license.

It seems that you are experiencing an issue with your Microsoft 365 Basic subscription where your OneDrive storage reflects the correct amount (100GB), but your inbox still shows 5GB. This could be due to a few reasons:

    1. Subscription Type: The Microsoft 365 Basic subscription primarily provides OneDrive storage and does not include additional email storage beyond the standard limits. If your email service is tied to a different plan, it may not have increased storage.
    2. Account Sync: Sometimes, account changes may take time to reflect across all services. Ensure that you are logged into the correct account and that the subscription renewal has fully processed.
    3. Email Service Limits: If you are using Outlook.com or a similar service, the 5GB limit may be the standard for that service unless you upgrade to a different plan that offers more storage.

To resolve this, you can check your subscription details by logging into your Microsoft account and verifying the storage limits for your email service. If the issue persists, consider reaching out to Microsoft support for further assistance.
