bitlocker stop accepting recovery key

Hi Team ,

I saw a lot of question about that but no solution found but if you can help me on that.

So , we have a desktop enrolled in Bitlocker connected to active directory. When we restart this desktop and try to enter his recovery password "Correct password" appear.

Then he ask to restart , and when we restart this desktop we go back to first page of bitlocker "Enter code PIN".

My issue is , normaly after enter a correct recovery password , windows should appear but in this case no.

If you can help me , it would be greatfull
