Restart (not shut down) your PC and check if the other drive(s) is showing up in Disk Management.

    2

If not, boot your PC into BIOS and on the Drives/Boot section, are you able to see the other drive(s) in BIOS?

    2

Right click your Start Button and open Device Manager.

Expand the Disk Drives section, please provide a screenshot of that window.

It seems like your issue with the disks not showing up other than the C drive could be related to several factors. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:

    1. Check Disk Connections: Ensure that all your disks are properly connected to your system. If they are external drives, try reconnecting them or using different USB ports.
    2. Disk Management: Since you mentioned that only the C drive is showing in Disk Management, you can try refreshing it. Right-click on "Disk Management" and select "Rescan Disks" to see if the other drives appear.
    3. Update Drivers: Ensure that your disk drivers are up to date. You can do this through Device Manager by right-clicking on your drives and selecting "Update driver."
    4. Check BIOS Settings: Sometimes, drives may not show up due to BIOS settings. Restart your computer and enter the BIOS setup to check if the drives are recognized there.
    5. Run Hardware Troubleshooter: You can run the hardware troubleshooter in Windows to detect any issues with your disks. Go to Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Additional troubleshooters > Hardware and Devices.
    6. Check for Disk Errors: You can run a disk check on your C drive to ensure there are no errors affecting the visibility of other drives. Open Command Prompt as an administrator and run chkdsk /f.

If none of these steps resolve the issue, there may be a deeper hardware problem or a need for further diagnostics.
