When I go to Settings --> Privacy --> My default is correct.
I live in SC, but I get several ads for Northern Virginia (Ashburn), and when I log into Hulu on this PC, it's the same.

Hi, just to make sure is your Microsoft account signed in and location access on? On Windows 11, go to Settings > Privacy & security > Location and make sure it’s on, then set your default location in Maps. Check your Microsoft account profile shows your correct region. Some apps use IP address, so changing device location may not fully update ads.
Added Home location maps. My address is correct with MS. Yahoo showed a login from Virginia back in 2025, so I changed that password. Time will tell if this fixed it. Thank you for taking the time to answer.
