I can't redeem the 3 month gamepass offer on my laptop

Question

I previously had a 3-month Xbox Game Pass offer available on my laptop, but it no longer shows up in the Microsoft Store or under my account offers. I’m currently unable to redeem it because the offer has disappeared.

I’m signed in with the correct Microsoft account and using the same laptop where the offer originally appeared. I would appreciate help checking whether the offer is still valid for my account or if it can be restored.
