Are there any issues around logging in at the moment? THREE DAYS now that I can't log in to Xbox live on the games console or on the PC.

My password is correct, my account is OK.

I am getting an error message, that when I check your system says Sorry, we found no results for "0x8015DBFE"

I am not changing my password, as there is nothing wrong with it, I can access my account. I just can't use my Xbox or play the Microsoft games on the PC.

Some assistance would be great please

    Hello Sincerus, Annette Khalifa,

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum.

Thank you for sharing your issue, you are not alone in this, I've seen multiple users reporting the same issue. The most common point I see in them is that they seem to come from the UK and related to an online safety act that require age verification.

If this applies to you, can you please try to sign in to xbox.com/live and either skip or verify your age? After that you can try to sign in again.

It seems you're encountering an error code 0x8015DBFE while trying to log into Xbox Live on both your console and PC. Unfortunately, this specific error code is not detailed in the provided context, which means there may not be direct troubleshooting steps available for it.

However, here are some general troubleshooting steps you can try:

    1. Check Xbox Live Status: Sometimes, there may be service outages affecting login capabilities. You can check the Xbox Live status page for any ongoing issues.
    2. Clear Cache: If you're on a console, try clearing the cache by holding the power button for 10 seconds to fully power down the console, then restart it. For PC, you might consider clearing your browser cache or trying a different browser.
    3. Check Account Access: Ensure that your account is not restricted or flagged for any reason. You mentioned that you can access your account, but it's worth double-checking any notifications or messages regarding your account status.
    4. Try Different Networks: If possible, try logging in from a different network to rule out any network-related issues.
    5. Contact Support: If the problem persists, you may need to reach out to Microsoft Support for further assistance, especially since the error code isn't documented in the available resources.

I hope this helps you resolve the issue!
