Hi, Chelendra Shaik

Sorry for this frustrating situation that you're having. That message usually means your son’s Microsoft account is still attached to a different Microsoft family group or already receiving Microsoft 365 benefits from another shared subscription, so Microsoft blocks it from joining yours until that link is removed.
Here are some suggestions you can try:
Confirm he is accepting the invite with the exact same Microsoft account you are inviting
If he has more than one Microsoft sign-in (for example, an old Outlook address plus a newer one), the invite can be opened while signed into the wrong account, which makes the family membership look inconsistent.
He should open an InPrivate or Incognito browser window, sign in with the invited email only, then accept from the invitation flow or directly from the Family site if a pending banner appears.
Check whether he already has an active Microsoft 365 subscription or is shared on someone else’s plan
Microsoft may prevent joining a new shared subscription if the account already has subscription benefits elsewhere.
Ask him to review his Services and subscriptions page, and if he has Microsoft 365 Personal, he may need to cancel and let it expire before accepting your Family share.
Resend the share from your Microsoft 365 sharing dashboard after he leaves the other family
A fresh invite re-links the account cleanly to your family group and sharing slot.
Go to account.microsoft.com/services/office/sharing, confirm you have shares available, then send a new email invite or new link.
Escalate with your Trace ID for a server-side fix
If the family linkage is stuck on Microsoft’s side, Support can use the Trace ID to locate the failing transaction.
