Hi Ron Fields,
Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A forum.
In Windows 11, system colors can sometimes change after startup due to personalization, accessibility, or display color settings that are applied once you sign in. This can cause headings or window title bars (such as the Home screen) to appear pink even though a different color was previously selected.
Please try the following checks to resolve this behavior:
1, Lock the accent color
- Open Settings > Personalization > Colors
- Set Accent color to Manual
- Choose a color under Windows colors
- (Optional) Turn on Show accent color on title bars and window borders
2, Check accessibility color settings
- Go to Settings > Accessibility
- Select Contrast themes > set to None
- Open Color filters → make sure it is Off
3, Turn off automatic color management (if enabled)
- Open Settings > System > Display
- Select Advanced display
- Turn Automatically manage color for apps to Off
4, Reset display color profile
- Go to Settings > System > Display
- Select Color profile > Color management
- Choose your display
- Remove any custom profile and set sRGB IEC61966‑2.1 as default
5, Review graphics driver utilities
- Some graphics tools apply display presets at login.
- Check Intel / AMD / NVIDIA control panels for color or display presets
- Update the graphics driver directly from the device manufacturer if available
