How to install Update Stack Package with Expired Cert Error Msg

    Hello mike cronin, welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum.

    This update is obsolete (from 2022) and not needed for current systems. Its certificate has expired, so it can't install. Probably just a Windows Update glitch.

    If you've installed the latest cumulative update and your system is working normally, you can safely ignore this error—it may disappear over time.
