Can't cancel reoccurring billing.
I am being charged for a PC Game Pass subscription on a Microsoft account that I no longer have access to. I cannot sign in to manage or cancel the subscription because I no longer have access to the associated email address or login credentials. The charges are continuing to renew monthly, and I would like assistance canceling the subscription immediately and stopping any future billing. I can provide the charge dates, amounts, order number, and the last four digits of the card being charged to help verify ownership.
