Hello, I usually see the “Read 3 Outlook emails” daily task in my Microsoft Rewards dashboard, but recently it has stopped appearing. Even when I read emails in Outlook (both app and web), the task does not show up or track progress.

Steps I’ve tried:

Checked both Outlook app and Outlook web.

Cleared cache and cookies.

Waited for daily refresh of Rewards dashboard.

None of these resolved the issue. Could you confirm if this is a temporary bug, a regional change, or if the task has been discontinued?

Thank you for your support.

    Hi, I'm John!

In many cases, Microsoft Rewards tasks like “Read 3 Outlook emails” are controlled on the server side. They can be temporarily removed, rotated, limited by region, or affected by ongoing updates or testing. When that happens, the task may stop appearing or tracking, even if you’re doing everything correctly.

I suggest sharing your feedback directly with Microsoft Rewards team. You can do that by visiting https://rewards.bing.com then scrolling down to the very bottom and selecting "Provide feedback".

I don't have specific information regarding the Microsoft Rewards dashboard or the daily tasks associated with it, including the task to read Outlook emails. It could be a temporary bug, a regional change, or the task may have been discontinued. For the most accurate and up-to-date information, I recommend checking the official Microsoft Rewards support or community forums where such issues are often discussed.
