Printing from Word stopped working

Currently using Word 365 version 16.106.1 . After some editing I tried to print and can't. I can print from Xcel and can send the document to wife's Mac. The document can be printed from her computer but not mine.

    Follow the instructions in the article John provided the link to but Update the OS first... That may be all that is required.
