Hallo,
i can´t activate my second licence for Office 2021 on a new laptop. I have installed Office on 2 Computers at home. The Key <PII removed> was purchased in 2023 for 2PCs and one of them is now replaced by a new one. The Office on the old defect Laptop was deinstalled.
So what is to do now?

Looks like you had MAK license.
Where did you get your license? Did you receive it from your work, or did you purchase it from some third party seller?
the steps in the response [from Q&A Assist] don`t work, Message: Activation Key has reached the limit
Side-note: When an AI-generated response form Q&A Assist does not help, you should reject the response and you also get the option to delete it. It seems that is what you did. :-)
