I have been trying unsuccessfully to speak to someone about my bill. Today I received a fraud alert tried to scam me from my credit card company about a suspicious attempt from Microsoft for $107.99. You are not the easiest company to contact; your customer service does not allow you to speak to a live person. The reason they rejected this attempt is because last week someone who said they were from Microsoft 365 tried to scam me out of money. I tried to contact you, and could not. Why is it so hard to reach your customer service? I need to know what the charge is for my account? I paid $69.99 plus tax before, and have not received any updates about a price increase. After being almost scammed by a fake Microsoft, I am sure you can see why I am questioning you. Please provide me with feedback. Thank you.

    Hello,

You can review charges in your account directly and request an investigation.

Please sign into your Microsoft account here: https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2246882 You should find the Investigate charge option on the upper right to start the process, and select this charge to submit an investigation request to Microsoft billing support team.

You can also view https://account.live.com > subscriptions or order history for active and recent charges.

If you need to speak with billing support,

To get help, open the "Get Help" app on your computer (just search for it in the Start menu). or go to https://support.microsoft.com/contactus, Type "Billing" and press Enter. On the next screen, click "Contact support" at the bottom of the page, then choose "Microsoft 365" > "Manage my subscription". You’ll then see the option to chat with a Microsoft support agent who has access to your account to help review the issue.
