Hello, I'm trying to install my Microsoft subscription. My sister in law bought me a computer at Costco (Miami) and purchased the subscription there. She brought it to me to the Dominican Republic today and I'm Trying to install microsoft 365 an this message appears every time. I changed every region to USA in the hope that would help, it didn't. What can I do? Is there any solution?

    Hello

You will run into this issue if you try to redeem the key purchased in a different country: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/office-product-key-error-this-product-key-isn-t-meant-for-your-region-dd410dcc-ab00-43e5-86c1-64adfc1143b2

It is more a business and compliance policy (pricing, distribution agreements, fraud reduction, local commerce rules) that Microsoft enforces through their redemption system. Their official stance is simply that cross region redemption is not supported.

Changing your profile location doesn't help in this case because it is your device location info.

If you have someone in the US, you can have them redeem it for you for your account, but that means you will have to share account information with them. Once redeemed, you should hopefully be able to use it by signing into your account.
