Installed but still doesn't work -

I was using Excel and Word on my PC. It said I needed to have a new subscription so I went to Micro Soft paid and downloaded and still they keep saying - need a new subscription.

    Can you also confirm the exact Microsoft 365 product name? Go to https://account.live.com > Subscriptions, what's the full name?
