I need to embed multiple images in an Outlook email by copying them from one email and pasting them into a new one. My recipients are not receiving those images, only a blank field. I've heard Windows 11 has a problem with this, but my new Office package was sold to me with this being repaired in mind. When is this issue finally going to be resolved, and what can I do in the meantime to make my embedded images work?

To embed images in an Outlook email, it's important to ensure that the images are properly included in the email body. If recipients are only seeing a blank field where the images should be, it could be due to several reasons, including settings in Outlook or issues with how the images are being copied and pasted.

Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:

    1. Use the Insert Function: Instead of copying and pasting images directly from another email, try using the "Insert" function in Outlook to add images. This can help ensure that the images are embedded correctly.
    2. Check Image Format: Ensure that the images you are trying to embed are in a supported format (like JPEG, PNG, etc.).
    3. Adjust Outlook Settings: Sometimes, Outlook settings can prevent images from displaying. Check if there are any settings related to image display that need to be adjusted.
    4. Registry Settings: If images are linked from the internet and not displaying, it may be due to the BlockHTTPimages registry setting being enabled. You can check and modify this setting if necessary, but be cautious as it involves editing the registry. Follow the steps outlined in the Microsoft documentation to safely make changes.

As for the issue with Windows 11, if it is a known problem, it would typically be addressed in future updates from Microsoft. Keep your Office applications updated to ensure you have the latest fixes and improvements.

In the meantime, using the insert method and checking your settings should help resolve the issue with embedded images.
