What exactly appears Chinese?
- Is it the file contents, the filename, or both?
- Does it look normal before saving and change only after saving?
Where does the issue occur?
- Does this happen only when saving to Desktop, or also when saving to Documents or Downloads?
- If you move the file from Desktop to another folder, does it still appear Chinese?
What type of file is it?
- CSV
- TXT
- Excel (.xlsx)
- Other (please specify)
How was the file created or saved?
- Which application created the file (Excel, script, export, download)?
