This seems to be account specific and started after 9am in the morning today (02/21). My One Drive client started reporting its unable to access OneDrive. When I tried accessing One Drive from the Web - I found that its reporting "500 Internal Server Error" anytime I want to access any files and folders. Its happening for my account, things are functional for my partner.

I see access issues for my OneDrive from other PCs, IPhone and the web - so clearly this is a server side issue.

Are others facing the same issue? Any pointers would be appreciated.

It sounds like you are experiencing a "500 Internal Server Error" when trying to access OneDrive, which can indicate a server-side issue. Since you mentioned that this problem is account-specific and began suddenly, it may be related to a temporary service disruption affecting your account.

Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:

    1. Check Service Health: Verify if there are any ongoing issues with OneDrive or SharePoint services by checking the Service Health Dashboard in your Microsoft 365 admin center. This can help determine if others are experiencing similar issues.
    2. Reactivate Your Subscription: Ensure that your Microsoft 365 subscription is active. If it has expired, you will need to reactivate it to regain access.
    3. Flush DNS Cache: Sometimes, clearing the DNS cache can resolve access issues. You can do this by running the command ipconfig /flushdns in the Command Prompt.
    4. Contact Support: If the issue persists, consider reaching out to Microsoft technical support for assistance, as they can provide more specific guidance based on your account status.

Since you mentioned that your partner's account is functioning normally, it further suggests that the issue may be isolated to your account.
