Accounts within Teams

Question

I appear to have two "accounts" within Teams, my own at "Philip Gross" and a second "Ontario Ancestors, ...." I want to delete forever the second. I have contacted tech support at Ontario Ancestors and they took me down many years ago after I finished a project with me. Still, this account persists me whenever I open Teams for personal use. How do I get rid og Ontario Ancestors please?

are you saying the personal account is associated with the organization account? Or is the organization account its standalone log in?

if you don’t mind can you share a screenshot how it’s listed. Feel free to edit to mask your email address

also I need to know if this is on Windows or Mac OS?
