I had to uninstall and reinstall Outlook and now I do not have any emails in my Sent Folder. I have logged into my account at Outlook.com and do not see any of my sent emails there. I have tried "Reset Folder Views" and "Reset Folders Names " with no success.

It appears that your Sent Folder emails are missing after reinstalling Outlook, and you've already attempted resetting folder views and names without success. Here are some steps you can follow to troubleshoot this issue:

    1. Verify Folder Visibility: Ensure that the Sent Items folder is not hidden. Sometimes, folders can be inadvertently set to hidden in Outlook settings.
    2. Locate PST Files: If your emails were stored in a local PST file, you may need to find that file and import it back into Outlook. Look for PST files in the following directories:
      • C:\Users\<YourUsername>\Documents\Outlook Files\
      • C:\Users\<YourUsername>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook\
    3. Check for Filters: Filters applied to the Sent Items folder might be preventing emails from appearing. To check for and remove any filters, go to the View tab and select View Settings.
    4. Backup Recovery: If you have a backup of your Outlook data, consider restoring your Sent Items from that backup.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, contacting Microsoft support may provide additional assistance.
