    Hi Meranda Mendoza,

Based on the error details, the message indicates that device management could not be enabled because the Mobile Device Management (MDM) server does not support the platform or version currently running on your device. In practice, this means the school’s Intune or MDM policies require a newer operating system build or a supported version of Windows/macOS/iOS/Android. When the device is not compliant, enrollment is blocked and the account cannot be added.

To resolve this, I recommend first checking that your device is fully updated to the latest supported OS version. If you are on Windows, make sure all cumulative updates are installed. If you are on mobile, verify that the device is running a version supported by your school’s MDM policies. Once updated, try adding the account again. If the issue persists, please contact your school’s IT administrator with the error code and correlation ID so they can confirm whether your device meets the enrollment requirements.

You can try the above steps and let me know the outcome. If this answer helps clarify the situation, I’d appreciate it if you could click “Accept Answer” so I know your issue has been resolved.

    Jason.
