    Dear @EDWARD PARAMSOTHY

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

As a moderator, I don't have the tools to investigate your specific account directly because this is a user-to-user support forum. Moderators and contributors, including external Microsoft employees, cannot directly intervene in Microsoft product features or access back-end systems. Our role is limited to providing technical guidance on reported issues, requests, or ideas. However, I will try my best to guide you as clearly as possible.

Could you help me by taking a screenshot of your full error message?

Also, are you experiencing this issue with this account on OneDrive web?

Please help me try a different network to see if you can sign in. (For example, what if you use a 4G hotspot from your phone?)

If you are able to sign in while connected to a different network, then the issue is with the network. If you still can't sign in on a different network, then the issue lies within the OneDrive app.

I look forward to receiving your support and response so that we can move forward with this.

If you are experiencing issues signing into OneDrive with one of your email accounts, it could be due to several reasons. Here are some common causes and potential solutions:

    1. Account Issues: Ensure that the email account you are trying to use is indeed linked to a OneDrive account. Sometimes, if you are using a business email, it may not be associated with a personal OneDrive account.
    2. Identity Problems: If you have multiple accounts (personal and business), there might be a mismatch in the credentials you are using. Make sure you are entering the correct credentials for the specific account you are trying to access.
    3. Account Frozen: If you haven’t accessed your OneDrive account in the last 12 months or if you have exceeded your storage limit, your account may be frozen. You can check the status of your account and learn how to unfreeze it by visiting the appropriate support page.
    4. Unlink and Relink: If you have previously added a different or old account to OneDrive, consider unlinking it and relinking to the correct account.
    5. Reinstall OneDrive: If the above steps do not resolve the issue, you may want to uninstall and then reinstall the OneDrive application. This process should not result in data loss.

If you continue to face issues, please provide the specific error code you are receiving, as that can help in diagnosing the problem further.
