I currently have Microsoft Family, but I would like to change my subscription from Family to Personal. Can you help me do this? I don't want to lose anything currently in my cloud storage.

Hello.
Please go to https://account.live.com Sign into your Microsoft account. Then go to Services. Click on Manage for the subscription plan you want to cancel.
Then use the same account to sign up for personal plan. As long as you use the same account you won’t have data loss
