Dear @Joseph,
Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Q&A forum. I’m happy to assist you.
To help narrow down the issue, could you please confirm whether you can still access all files by opening SharePoint directly?
You can do this by navigating to SharePoint > the site associated with your Teams channel > Documents > General, and checking whether the files are visible and accessible there.
Additionally, please check whether the channel name has ever been changed. A mismatch between the Teams channel name and the corresponding SharePoint folder name can sometimes cause the Shared tab to fail to load correctly.
I also recommend testing Microsoft Teams on the web using an incognito/private browser window to see if the issue persists. If it works as expected there, please try fully closing the Teams desktop application and signing back in.
For reference, this issue has been reported by other users in similar scenarios, and the discussion may provide helpful insights. Since I’m unable to reproduce the issue on my side, reviewing that case may assist with troubleshooting: Teams Shared Tab unable to load files "in library"
If this matter is urgent, I recommend contacting Microsoft Support directly by submitting a support request, as they have the necessary tools to investigate further.
The Global Admin can create a support ticket by sign in to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center > Support > Help & Support.
For detailed instructions on how to get support, please refer to Get support - Microsoft 365 admin.
Note: If you’re an end-user, please coordinate with your Office 365 Global Administrator to handle these steps.
Please note that, as a forum moderator, I do not have access to customer accounts or devices, so I’m unable to determine the exact root cause. The steps above are intended to help isolate the issue. Providing these details will enable me to offer the most accurate next steps and, if necessary, route your request to the appropriate team for further assistance. Looking forward to your response so we can assist you further!
