I have proof/evidence of the account which I had.
The hacker has changed the alias of my microsoft account.
I have all the necessary details to prove that the account is mine. (I can show the credentials I used to login with)
I also have the alias the hacker has changed to.

Please contact me as soon as possible.
I also filled a form regarding this where I filled a form with the email of the alias the hacker changed to. And microsoft support has not contacted me back (it has been 40+ hours)

If your Microsoft account has been hacked and the alias has been changed, the best course of action is to follow the official recovery procedures provided by Microsoft. Here are the steps you can take:

    1. Use the Microsoft Account Recovery Form: Since you have proof of ownership, you should fill out the account recovery form as thoroughly as possible. Include any details that can help verify your identity, such as previous passwords, purchase information, and any other relevant details.
    2. Contact Microsoft Support: If you have already submitted a recovery form and have not received a response, you may want to try reaching out to Microsoft Support directly. You can use the 'Get Help' feature on their website to request a call back or chat with a support agent.
    3. Check for Updates: Sometimes, it may take longer than expected for Microsoft to respond. Keep an eye on your email (including your spam/junk folder) for any updates from them regarding your recovery request.
    4. Secure Your Other Accounts: While waiting for a response, ensure that your other accounts (like email or social media) are secure. Change passwords and enable two-factor authentication where possible.

Unfortunately, if the recovery form does not work and the hacker has replaced your security information, it may be challenging to regain access to your account. However, reaching out to Microsoft Support is essential for further assistance.
