I currently have a lenvo Laptop running windows 11 and no longer Printing in color. Using MS 365 in excell try to print spreadsheet in color but unable to toggle from BLK & white to Color. Looking for Radio button to switch to color but unable to find. Thought it might be print drivers so removed printer and reinstalled printer. Still no luck. EWent and grab a picture just to verify if color was working. Still not working. Can someone help me solve this issue. Thanks

Do you mean when printing from Picture file, it won't print color either? Meaning, it is not unique to printing from Excel only?
Can you tell me your printer's brand and model please?
Printer is HP Pro 6968. Try printing Picture and it printed in Blk & White. Printer was working fine until recently.

Can you please remove the printer from Settings again.
Then go to HP's driver website for your model: https://support.hp.com/ph-en/drivers/swdetails/hp-officejet-pro-6960-all-in-one-printer-series/model/11161242/swItemId/mp-309230-17
Download and install this driver. Then add the printer back. See if it works.
