How to report a trending issue (Outlook account hacked) that I'm seeing in a Q&A forum?

I'm used to seeing "My Outlook account has been hacked" questions in Outlook Q&A
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/tags/778/office-outlook

But over the last month the number has been much higher than normal and they all seem to share a common theme - Draft emails that can't be deleted. Just a sample (below). There are many more.

Not sure what to do. Is there someplace to report this kind of trend?

    Hi,

If you're seeing product-specific issues or trends, the best place for customers to report it is through each product's built-in feedback channels. For Outlook, they can contact Support or report a problem (like a broken feature) directly from the Help tab.

Product teams keep a close eye on these channels and review feedback regularly, so issues raised there tend to get noticed and addressed faster than reports sent through other routes.

the best place for customers to report it is through each product's built-in feedback channels

    Yes. But many don't.

Number One Reason - They started with a web search or an AI question which leads them to a Q&A post. Now, since they're already here, it's easy to just keep on going and add a comment or start a new question.

(I do the exact same thing myself for almost any product support problem)

the best place for customers to report it is through each product's built-in feedback channels

Yes. But many times they don't.

    They come here and:

    • Find a report of a similar issue and click "I have this same question" or add a "Me too!" comment.
    • Feel that their situation is different and needs a new thread.
    • Don't even bother searching and just start a new Question.

    Why?

    • They came here and did a search. Now, since they're already here, it's easy to just keep on going and add a comment or start a new question.
    • They don't know about in-app feedback.
    • They feel that in-app feedback is ineffective.
    • They are used to the "forum support" approach from other products and that's their first choice.
    • They hope that other users might have an answer.
    • They want their problem out in public where they know Microsoft and other users will see it and someone, anyone, will do something!
