Help me reset my security questions and answers and reset my sign in password.

I forgot my security questions and passwords to sign into laptop.

Are you logging in with a local account or a Microsoft account?

If you are using a Microsoft account, click “Forgot password” on the login screen, enter your email address, and receive a verification code via your phone or backup email. Follow the instructions to set a new password.

Once the reset is complete, you can log in to your computer with the new password.

2. Security Questions: If you need to reset your security questions, you can go to My sign-ins to edit or delete them. However, this option is only available if you have access to your account.
3. Contact Support: If you're unable to reset your password or security questions using the above methods, you may need to contact Microsoft Support for further assistance. You can do this by signing in with any account and providing the necessary information for verification.

If you are locked out of your account, you might also consider filling out the account recovery form available at account.live.com/acsr.
