I have previously input the key code that allows the subscription to end in 5 Jun 2027 but recently i notice MS account is saying my subscription ends in Mar 2026. Why had my subscription disappear?

Hello, thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

Sign in with your Microsoft account on the Services & Subscriptions page online to check your Subscription expiry status.

    https://account.microsoft.com/services

If you see an incorrect expiration date, go to https://setup.office.com/redeem/enter-key and try redeeming the key. If it says the key is already redeemed and the expiration date hasn't been updated after 24 Hours, you can get in touch with Microsoft Office Support directly.

    Go to this page: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/home/contact

Type Talk to an agent, then click Get Help.

At the bottom of the page, click Contact Support. Sign in to your Microsoft account if needed. If you face the same issue with the affected account, use a different account to contact Microsoft Support.

Select Other Products, then Billing and Account Profile questions, then Confirm.

Click Chat with a support agent in your web browser.

It sounds like there may be an issue with your Microsoft 365 subscription status or the way your subscription was set up. Here are a few possibilities to consider:

    1. Subscription Activation: If the subscription was activated with a product key, ensure that the key was entered correctly and that it corresponds to the correct subscription type.
    2. Recurring Billing: If recurring billing is turned off, your subscription may not renew automatically, which could lead to an earlier end date. Check your billing settings in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center to ensure that recurring billing is enabled.
    3. Subscription Type: If you purchased a different type of subscription or if there was a change in the terms of your subscription, this could affect the end date.
    4. Account Issues: Sometimes, account issues or errors can cause discrepancies in the subscription status. You may want to contact Microsoft support for assistance in resolving any account-related issues.

It's important to verify your subscription details in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center to understand the current status and any actions needed to correct it.
