Hi! Let me help you with this issue.

Have you tried a quick repair?

    Press Win + R

    Type:

    appwiz.cpl

    Press Enter

    Select Microsoft 365 / Office

    Click Change

    Choose Quick Repair

    Click Repair

    Restart your PC when finished

    Notes

If you are experiencing a crash error when trying to open Microsoft 365, there are several troubleshooting steps you can follow:

    1. Uninstall Office: Go to "Apps & Features" or "Programs and Features" and uninstall Microsoft Office.
    2. Delete Remaining Folders: Manually delete any remaining folders related to Office in the following locations:
      • C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office
      • C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office
    3. Clean the Registry: Use caution when editing the registry. Navigate to the registry editor and delete any keys related to Office.
    4. Restart Your Computer: After completing the above steps, reboot your PC to finalize the uninstallation process.
    5. Reinstall Office: Sign in to your Microsoft account and reinstall the Office apps from there.

If the issue persists after following these steps, consider checking for any updates for your operating system or the Office applications, as compatibility issues can sometimes cause crashes.
