Trying to access my Microsoft invoice. It comes to my email address but can't access it

    To support you better, please confirm these points: 

    1. Could you share a screenshot of the email you received with the invoice? 
    2. You mentioned that you cannot access the invoice. Do you see any specific error message when you try to open it? If yes, please let me know the exact message.
    3. I also noticed your post is tagged as “Business.” Could you please confirm whether you are using a work account (business/organization), or a personal Microsoft account such as outlook.com or hotmail.com?
