how to download the certificate

Hello Team,
I successfully passed the MS-102 exam on February 7, 2026 (Pearson VUE). The exam appears under "Past Exams" in my profile, but the certification "Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert" is not showing under Certifications. Could you please check and update my certification status? Thank you.

Exams are not certifications. The MS-102 exam is only part of the requirements for the Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert certification. To download your certification for the Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert, you should first access your Certification Dashboard. Here are the steps to follow:

1. Go to your Certification Dashboard.
2. Click on the "View Certificates" button in the "Certificates" section.
3. To download your certificate, click "download" in the lower right corner of the "Certificates" icon.
4. You will see a list of certificates you have earned. Select the box next to the name of the certificate you wish to download.
5. You can either preview a single selected certificate or download a .zip file with multiple certificates selected.

If your certification is not showing under Certifications, it may be due to a few reasons:

• Ensure that you are signing in to the correct Learn profile.
• Check if you have met all the requirements for the certification.
• If you still do not see the certification, you may need to contact Microsoft Credentials Support for further assistance.
