Hi, I'm John! I will help you with this.
May I know what troubleshooting steps you have already taken? This will help me avoid recommending them again.
If you haven't tried anything yet, please start by following the steps below:
Uninstall the current Bluetooth driver:
- Right-click the Start button and select Device Manager.
- Expand Bluetooth, right-click your Bluetooth Adapter, and choose Uninstall device.
- Check the box for Attempt to remove the driver for this device, then click Uninstall.
- Click Action in the top menu and select Scan for hardware changes.
- This forces Windows to detect and reinstall missing drivers automatically. Check if the issue persists.
If issue still persists:
- Please try to re-pair Bluetooth devices, you can follow these steps:
- Press Windows + I key to open Settings. > Click Bluetooth & Device. > Turn on Bluetooth.
- Click "View more devices" and look your device from "Audio".
- If you find your device in (Input, Audio, or Other devices) click three-dots (...) and select "Remove device". > Click "Add device". > Select "Bluetooth".
- Wait for the scan and look for your device in the list. Make sure it's in range and pair device again.
If the issue persists, please provide more details by answering my questions.
