I have used 2 minecraft licences, bought probably 2017 and 2020. My kids used these.

The accouts have not beed migrated. They cannot be accessed. What to do with it? How to start. I dont see any real support like messaging/chat/mail/forum. Where to go to get accouts back? .

Hello, good day and thanks for your question. To add to the above, "The migration of Mojang accounts has now been completed. It is no longer possible to migrate unmigrated accounts or make the move. For more information, check out our FAQ."

If your Minecraft accounts have not been migrated and you cannot access them, the best course of action is to reach out to Minecraft Support for assistance. They can provide guidance on recovering your accounts. You can submit a request through their support page, which is specifically designed for account issues. Here’s how you can start:

    1. Visit the Minecraft Support page.
    2. Look for the option to submit a request or contact support.
    3. Provide details about your accounts, including the purchase information and any relevant details that can help verify ownership.

Unfortunately, if the accounts have not been migrated to a Microsoft account, recovery options may be limited, but contacting support is the best step forward.
