Let me just clarify the steps given to you above. If you're trying to cast your android device to Windows, it is required to install Wireless Display.

To install it, go to Settings > System > Optional features > View features. In the following window, click on See available features then search for Wireless Display. Put a check mark on it then click on Add. Wait for it to finish installing before closing then you can now proceed with installing it.
