Since this forum is dedicated to using Outlook online with a web browser, I'll assume that's how you access your mailbox.
The Archive feature in Outlook.com isn't really an Archive. All it is is a "Move to folder Archive" function. You should be able to look at the list of folders on the left side of the window and find one named "Archive." The listing should be alphabetical after the top four "Inbox," "Drafts," "Sent Items" and "Deleted Items." That's where the Archive button on the ribbon moves a message when you click or tap it.
