How to retrive my emails in my archive?

My emails from Archive disappeared. How can I get them back?

If you cannot find the emails in other folders or the deleted folder, you can contact Microsoft Support to check if your emails are still on the server.

Have them help you recover the emails from the server.

Hi. I'm Brian and I'll try to help.

Since this forum is dedicated to using Outlook online with a web browser, I'll assume that's how you access your mailbox.

The Archive feature in Outlook.com isn't really an Archive. All it is is a "Move to folder Archive" function. You should be able to look at the list of folders on the left side of the window and find one named "Archive." The listing should be alphabetical after the top four "Inbox," "Drafts," "Sent Items" and "Deleted Items." That's where the Archive button on the ribbon moves a message when you click or tap it.

You need to check other folders in your mailbox, such as the "Spam" folder, to see if there are any emails there.
