    Hello @Miki Unkic,

Thank you for reaching out to the Q&A forum!

To better understand your situation and help troubleshoot the issue, could you please provide the following information:

1.I noticed your post is tagged as “Business.” Could you please confirm whether you are using a work/organization account or a personal Microsoft account such as outlook.com or hotmail.com?

2.I also see that you selected Outlook on the web. Are you experiencing the same problem in the Outlook desktop app, or does this issue only occur on the web?

3.When someone sends you an email, do they receive any error message (NDR)?

If possible, please ask someone; or even use another account of your own to send you a test email to check whether you can receive it or whether any error is returned.

Note: If there is any error message, please share a screenshot so I can review it. I can help you blur or hide any personal information if needed.

4.As Q&A Assistance mentioned, have you already checked your Junk/Spam folder and Forwarding setting (to ensure emails aren’t being redirected elsewhere), and especially your Inbox Rules to ensure no rule is moving or deleting messages?

Additionally, if the issue also happens in the Outlook desktop app, you can go to the Outlook Settings on the desktop app and check whether Outlook is set to Work Offline.

I will wait for the screenshot from you so that I can research the issue further.

Please understand that our initial response may not always resolve the issue immediately. However, with your help and more detailed information, we can work together to identify the root cause and find a solution.

Looking forward to hearing from you!

If you are unable to receive emails but can send them, there could be several reasons for this issue. Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot:

    1. Check Email Rules: Sometimes, rules can divert incoming emails to specific folders or even delete them. Make sure there are no rules set up that might be affecting your incoming emails.
    2. Check Spam/Junk Folder: Ensure that the emails are not being sent to your spam or junk folder.
    3. Email Settings: Verify that your email settings are correct, especially if you are using a specific email client like Outlook. For example, check the POP/IMAP settings if applicable.
    4. Account Status: Ensure that your email account is active and not suspended or blocked for any reason.
    5. Contact Support: If the issue persists, consider reaching out to your email service provider’s support for further assistance.

These steps should help you identify the problem with receiving emails.
