I am not able to login linked in in new mobile

I am trying to access my LinkedIn Account. However unable to, as my mobile was upgraded and I lost my account details of my previous authentication app. Here are the steps I attempted

  • I opened Linked in sign in page
  • Provided my credentials with email ID
  • It then asked to provide the email authentication code. Provided the same
  • was asked for the LinkedIn Authentication code from Authentication app. However was unable to login using the same as I did not have my authentication app
  • I went through the Verify ID route on this linked authentication page and completed the process there too through Persona verification by providing my country's government ID. However it has been more than a week and have not received any response.

Have not heard back from the LinkedIn team yet.

Please note: I use Microsoft Personal email account to access linked in

Would truly appreciate if I can get a resolution to this issue.
