I keep getting these strange error codes, and I can't upload files. Please, how do I speak to someone for help?

    Hi @Kimberly Alston

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Q&A forum.

To better understand your situation, may I clarify the following questions?

1/ Could you share more details about the error code you see when trying to upload a file in PowerPoint for Mac?  If possible, please share a screenshot through private message.

Please check your inbox for an email with the subject “New private message on Microsoft Q&A question” to review my response and look for “View message” in the banner above the post to access the private message chat.

2/ Does this behavior also occur when you use Microsoft PowerPoint on the web?

3/ Does it happen with a specific file or with all files?

4/ Did the behavior start after updating Microsoft PowerPoint or after making any configuration changes on your device?

In the meantime, you may try uninstalling PowerPoint and then installing the latest updater.pkg from the following official source to see if it helps:  Update history for Office for Mac - Office release notes | Microsoft Learn
