Microsoft authenticator is a stupid idea. I have an update for Microsoft authenticator in my phone. It was reset. To sign in Microsoft authenticator you need to sign in to your email. But for signing in to your email you need to have approval from authenticator? Who is design this system? Is he/she stupid or what?

It seems you're experiencing frustration with the Microsoft Authenticator app, particularly with the sign-in process. The Microsoft Authenticator app is designed to enhance security by requiring two-factor authentication (2FA), which can sometimes create challenges like the one you're facing.

When the app is reset or updated, it may require you to authenticate your email account again, which can indeed create a loop if you need approval from the app to access your email. This design is intended to protect your account from unauthorized access, but it can be inconvenient if you're unable to access the app.

If you're having trouble signing in, you might consider using alternative recovery options, such as backup codes or contacting support for assistance in regaining access to your account.
