How can I contact higher support technician from Data Protection?

Hi everyone,

My business' Microsoft 365 global admin account has been compromised, and:

  • root global admin has been deleted
  • all admin accounts has been deleted
  • 2 more emails and main admin emails have been deleted

Need to:

  • restore admin access
  • restore all data and emails for all 3 accounts

First ticket has been opened on 19th and every time someone reaches me out I get 0 help and get "Someone from Data Protection team will reach you out in 24 hours" and that's it!

My business mainly runs on email and my hands are tied.
