How to stop pishing messages coming from hotmail

Is there a way to permanently stop phishing message coming into my Outlook 365 from hotmail senders.

Hello, for now you can only report and blocking each sender. Sign in to Outlook on the web, select the phishing email, click “Junk” then “Phishing,” and use “Block” to stop that sender. Enable two-step verification and keep your password updated. There is no official way to permanently block all Hotmail addresses because phishing often uses spoofed accounts.
